DESIGNATIONS AND AFFILIATIONS CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) This is the highest designation a residential Realtor can achieve. Designees must meet increased production levels. There are mandatory requirements and classes each Realtor must establish as a core body of knowledge. The most successful Realtors have embraced the concept of being a business within a business.
GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) This is the first designation necessary to achieve the CRS designation. It too is a series of educational classes, requires a certain level of production, and establishes the Realtor as sincere in her/his efforts to be above average in knowledge of the industry.
